Business Anti-Corruption Portal Basic Training Development

Description: The training procedure was developed as an integrated part of an overall integrity system programme prepared by Global Advice Network. It was devised for companies that have adopted an active business policy on corruption and bribery and an anti-corruption programme. Training is a key part of the programme and it should be tailored to the company's needs identified through the risk assessment process and to the assessment of the existing skills, knowledge and capacity of company employees and of the company's business partners.

However, expert legal advice should be taken in relevant jurisdictions so as to ascertain a complete picture of local legal environments.
