Export Credit Premium Group
The classification of countries in premium groups constitutes the basis for calculating EKF's (Eksport Kredit Fonden – the Danish export credit agency) premium for political risk coverage. Countries are placed in premium groups 1 - 7D, with 1 being the lowest risk category and thus the least expensive. Conversely, premium group 7D is the highest risk category.
